Access settings

To access your account settings:

1. Click your profile picture (top right corner).
2. Select Settings.

Academy details

Basic information

Edit your academy’s details:

• Academy name.
• Address.
• Phone.
• Contact email.
• Logo.

Schedule

Configure your opening hours:

1. Go to Settings > Schedule.
2. Define the days and times for each class.
3. Students will see this schedule in the app.

Social media

Add your social networks to appear in the app:

• Instagram.
• Facebook.
• YouTube.
• Website.

Account configuration

Change email

1. Go to Settings > My Account.
2. Click Change email.
3. Enter the new email.
4. Confirm with your password.

Change password

1. Go to Settings > Security.
2. Enter your current password.
3. Write the new password.
4. Confirm it.

Notifications

Configure which notifications you receive:

• New student registered.
• Payment received.
• Failed payment.
• New attendance records.

Enable or disable each one according to your preferences.
