Yes. Members can pre-register before class, and parents can manage reservations for linked children. MatGoat checks class capacity and blocks overlapping registrations. It does not currently place members on an automatic waitlist when a class fills, so the academy manages cancellations and exceptions directly.

Yes. Each scheduled class can have its own capacity. A bag-work class can use the number of available bags, while sparring or youth sessions can use a lower limit based on space and coaching coverage. Registration closes when the class reaches that limit.

Yes. Academies with payment management enabled can create drop-in access, connect it to a student record, and record the related payment. That keeps occasional visitors in the same attendance and payment workflow as members.

MatGoat can show required or optional consent text and store the accepted title, text, version, checksum, and date. The academy controls the wording. MatGoat does not currently provide a distinct parental e-signature workflow, so confirm whether your local rules require a separate signature process.

MatGoat costs $40 per month for clubs with up to 50 members and $60 per month for unlimited members. Both plans include kiosk mode and the video library. The Professional plan adds payment management with 0% MatGoat software commission. There are no setup fees or per-member charges, and the 30-day trial does not require a credit card.
