Hosting and transfers

The production application and its relational database are hosted in the European Union. Private files are stored in Wasabi's Paris region.

Some functions depend on specialist providers that may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their data processing terms and transfer mechanisms apply in those cases. MatGoat therefore does not claim that all processing takes place exclusively within the EU.

Data portability and exports

MatGoat provides several in-app exports. The format and scope depend on the data type.

Students

Excel or CSV summaries with fields such as name, email, belt, grade, last class, and total attendance.

Payments

XLSX payment exports for administrative and accounting review.

Stripe and tax

Quarterly or annual tax reports in XLSX and Stripe invoices in PDF.

Current scope

There is no single self-service export of the full attendance, payment, and promotion history. If you need that scope as a contractual condition, request written confirmation and a sample before signing.
