Configure email templates

Automatic emails

MatGoat sends automatic emails in various cases:

• Welcome to new students.
• Payment confirmation.
• Payment reminder.
• Failed payment.
• Promotion recorded.

Customize templates

To edit a template:

1. Go to Settings > Communications.
2. Select Email templates.
3. Choose the template to edit.
4. Modify the content.
5. Save the changes.

Available variables

Use these variables in your templates:

• {{name}}: Student’s name.
• {{email}}: Student’s email.
• {{academy}}: Your academy’s name.
• {{plan}}: Subscription plan.
• {{amount}}: Payment amount.
• {{date}}: Current date.

Template example

Subject: Welcome to {{academy}}!

Body:

Hi {{name}},

Welcome to {{academy}}! We're excited to have you with us.

Test templates

Before activating changes:

1. Click Send test.
2. You’ll receive the email in your inbox.
3. Verify it looks correct.
