Generate academy reports
Learn how to create different types of reports to analyze your academy's performance.
Available report types
MatGoat offers various reports:
Attendance report
- Daily, weekly, and monthly attendance.
- Period comparison.
- Most active students ranking.
Financial report
- Revenue by period.
- Pending payments.
- Delinquency.
- Monthly comparison.
Student report
- New signups and cancellations.
- Retention.
- Distribution by plan.
- Promotions completed.
Create a report
To generate a report:
- Go to Reports in the sidebar.
- Select the report type.
- Configure the filters:
- Date range.
- Class type.
- Subscription plan.
- Click Generate.
Export reports
Reports can be exported in:
- PDF: For printing or sharing.
- Excel: For additional analysis.
- CSV: For importing into other tools.
Scheduled reports
Receive reports automatically:
- Go to Reports > Scheduled.
- Create a new scheduled report.
- Select frequency (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Enter the destination email.
