Send announcements to your students

How to send communications and announcements to all your students or specific groups.

Create an announcement

To send an announcement to your students:

  1. Go to Communications in the sidebar.
  2. Click New announcement.
  3. Write the subject and message.
  4. Select the recipients.
  5. Click Send.

Select recipients

You can send to different groups:

All students

Select “All active students” for a general announcement.

By plan

Send only to students on certain plans:

  • Basic Plan.
  • Professional Plan.
  • Etc.

By class

Communicate only with students in specific classes:

  • Fundamentals.
  • Advanced.
  • Competition.

Delivery channels

Announcements are sent via:

  • Push notification: Appears on the student’s phone.
  • Email: Sent to their registered email.
  • App: Visible in the notifications section.

Schedule announcements

To send at a specific time:

  1. When creating the announcement, enable Schedule send.
  2. Select date and time.
  3. The announcement will be sent automatically.

View announcement history

All sent announcements are saved in:

Communications > History

You can see who opened each announcement and delivery statistics.
