Configure video permissions

Types of permissions

You can configure who sees each video:

By belt level

Limit access based on student’s belt:

1. When uploading or editing a video.
2. In Permissions, select By level.
3. Mark the levels that can view it.

By subscription plan

Reserve content for certain plans:

1. In Permissions, select By plan.
2. Mark the plans with access.
3. Students on other plans won’t see the video.

Public videos

For all students to see a video:

1. In Permissions, select Public.
2. All active students will have access.

Change permissions for multiple videos

To update permissions in bulk:

1. Go to Videos.
2. Select multiple videos with the checkbox.
3. Click Actions > Change permissions.
4. Configure the new permissions.

See who has access

To see which students can view a video:

1. Open the video.
2. Go to the Permissions tab.
3. You’ll see the list of students with access.

• Use level-based permissions for advanced techniques.
• Basic videos can be public.
• Reserve exclusive content for premium plans.
